Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • item must be unused and unwashed

  • original tags and packaging must remain intact

  • item must be in original condition

  • request must be submitted within the eligible return window

Mist & Cozy reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return or exchange:

  • worn or used products

  • washed items

  • products damaged after delivery

  • customized products

  • limited-edition items (if specified)

  • clearance or final sale products


Return Request Window

Return or exchange requests should be submitted within 48 hours to 7 days after delivery, depending on the issue and product eligibility.

Please contact support as soon as possible after receiving your order.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • COD refunds may be issued through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

Failed Deliveries
