To qualify for a return or exchange:
item must be unused and unwashed
original tags and packaging must remain intact
item must be in original condition
request must be submitted within the eligible return window

washed items
products damaged after delivery
customized products
limited-edition items (if specified)
clearance or final sale products
Return Request Window
Return or exchange requests should be submitted within 48 hours to 7 days after delivery, depending on the issue and product eligibility.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
COD refunds may be issued through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit
